Service Description
As with all services offered, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment to build the therapeutic relatioship and trust. In my approach, I use an integrated framework that allows me to use various therapeutic orientations to create a treatment plan tailored to your presenting concerns, current situation, and goals. From here, we can develop a mutual understanding of what is occurring and formulate a plan to mitigate negative symptoms, facilitate well-being, and address the core concerns. In my experience, life rarely moves in a straight line and it is our resilience and the meaning we create from our challenges that allows us to continue forward. Some of the therapeutic styles that I utilize in my sessions are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.
